They want to know three things before they book: can you help with this, what does it cost and when can you see me? The clinic whose website answers all three, and lets them book there and then, gets the appointment.
Setout builds that website for your clinic. Patients choose the appointment, the time and the physio they'd like to see, and book online. You get the booking by email, they get a confirmation and an email reminder and each of your team can log in to see their own diary. It's £39 a month including VAT however many physios you have, and you see the whole site on your phone before you pay a penny.

Your HCPC registration
"Physiotherapist" is a protected title: only people on the Health and Care Professions Council register can use it, and patients can check the register online. Show each physio's registration, and say if they're chartered members of the CSP.

The insurers who recognise you
Many patients claim through private medical insurance. Say which insurers recognise your clinic and whether you bill them directly. It's the first question insured patients ask.

No referral needed, said plainly
Patients can book private physio without a GP referral, but many don't know that. Say so, and say if their insurer might want one for a claim.

What the first appointment involves
How long it lasts, what happens, what to wear and whether treatment starts the same day. A patient who knows what to expect turns up, on time, in shorts.

Clear prices for every appointment
Initial assessment, follow-up, sports massage, home visit: list the prices. Patients compare clinics on price and on how soon they can be seen.

Booking that fits a clinic
Patients want to choose the physio and the time, and to move it if work gets in the way. You want enough notice, and a cut-off for late changes.

Your team, by name
A photo, a name and a specialism for each physio: running injuries, women's health, post-operative rehab. Patients choose the person as much as the clinic.

How quickly can you build a website for my clinic?
Usually within a couple of days of our call. Send us your appointment types and prices, your team and your hours. You see the site on your phone before you pay anything.
Can patients choose which physio they see?
Yes. They pick the appointment, the time and the physio. Each of your team can log in to see their own bookings.
Does the price go up as the team grows?
No. It's £39 a month including VAT for the whole clinic, whether there are two of you or ten.
Can patients pay a deposit by card when they book?
Not yet. Today patients pay by bank transfer, PayPal, a payment link or in person, and you mark bookings as paid.
Can I sell gift vouchers for massage?
Yes. Sell gift cards from your own site, and customers spend them when they book.

£39 a month including VAT, or £390 for the year. That's for the whole business, with hosting, security and your web address included, and no setup fee. There's no contract, so you can cancel any time, and if it isn't right for you we'll refund your first payment in full within 30 days. You pay nothing at all until your site is live.
